To keep your bag in perfect condition, we recommend a gentle hand wash in cold water, using a neutral detergent. Avoid rubbing or vigorously wringing the yarn. For drying, pat it with a towel and lay it flat to dry, away from direct heat sources. Never hang it when wet to prevent the weight of the water from deforming its structure.

Yes, all our bags are carefully lined internally with soft cotton fabric. This ensures greater durability, helps maintain the original structure of the bag over time, and prevents your smaller items from slipping out or getting caught in the crochet weave.

We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that the item has not been used and is returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. However, we would like to point out that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom-made orders, due to their unique and exclusive nature.
